Upon your purchase of a license, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Vault Downloader extension for personal and commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The license is associated with a single OnlyFans creator account, identified by the OnlyFans login email provided during purchase. Using your license with multiple creator accounts is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke any license that is found to be used in violation of these terms.
The Service is intended to be used by OnlyFans creators to download content that they own or have the rights to from their own accounts. You agree that you will not use the Service to:
All payments are handled through a third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered, though exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service as intended, please contact our support team.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that it will be compatible with future updates to your browser or to the OnlyFans platform.
In no event shall Vault Downloader, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
